The AI platform for the circular electronics economy

Every number
carries its proof.

ECO360 is the compliance and carbon data layer for physical products. Product-level CO₂, substance screening and digital product passports — with a confidence tier on every figure.

Built for electronics — the same engine screens any bill of materials and reports for any company.

One engine, six layers — sold as an API, a console and a product card.

Directive (EU) 2024/825 — applies from 27 September 2026

Unsubstantiated green claims
are about to become illegal.

From 27 September 2026 the EU prohibits environmental claims that cannot be demonstrated — no balancing test, no exceptions. The cheapest way to comply is to say nothing. The better way is to say it with proof. ECO360 generates the claim and its substantiation page.

The problem

The true cost of
invisible emissions.

Sustainability reporting absorbs a six-figure budget every year — most of it spent chasing data that already exists somewhere else.

High cost

Consultants, audits and manual data collection — a recurring six-figure line item.

Data chaos

Product data in one silo, emission factors in another, supplier evidence in email.

Manual & complex

Spreadsheets that break the moment a regulation, a factor or a product changes.

Slow to act

By the time the report is finished, the decisions it should have informed are already made.

Before — manual reporting 100%

Typical annual compliance cost for an enterprise: ~€400,000 in external consultants, data collection and one-off calculations that expire the day they are delivered.

After — with ECO360 ↓ significantly

Automated data layer, continuously updated — and every figure survives an audit. Estimate your saving below.

Live data · demo

Ask the database
what a device costs the planet.

Model-level embodied carbon as a queryable service — not a category average, not a calculator that asks you for a bill of materials first. No other commercial API does this.

Device lookup

Pick a model and configuration. The resolver walks the cascade T1→T5 and returns the best evidence available — labelled as exactly what it is.

Live data from the ECO360 Platform database — human-approved, sourced from manufacturer Product Environmental Reports.

The rule that runs the platform

No number without
a tier.

The resolver tries five levels of evidence in order and stops at the first hit. Whatever it finds, it tells you how it knows — measured, derived or estimated, with the uncertainty attached. Presenting an estimate as a measurement is the one thing this platform will never do.

The industry's own reference tool publishes ±20% (1σ) for a single laptop model — with a P5–P95 range spanning a factor of 3.5. We will not promise tighter than the OEMs' own tooling. If a competitor does, they are overclaiming.

One engine · four surfaces

a product card, or an agent.

The product

Data API

Model-level device carbon, minerals, WEEE data and compliance status as JSON. Usage-based pricing. Built for web shops, ERP vendors, refurb platforms and passport operators.

  • Tier + source + uncertainty on every field
  • Substantiation URL in every comparative response
  • Country-specific use-phase on request
For your team

Console

Upload your product catalogue as it is — CSV straight from the ERP. Fuzzy matching against the global database, inventory intelligence, GHG Scope 1/2/3 reporting with year-on-year comparison.

  • 18 built-in inventory analyses
  • AI-assisted matching and gap-filling
  • GHG Protocol grid → CSV, PDF, print
For your customers

Product card · DPP

A public per-product page and embeddable widget. Not a green stamp — a data disclosure that complies with the EmpCo Directive by design: numbers, units, method, source, retrieval date.

  • QR to a full substantiation page
  • GS1 Digital Link identifiers
  • EN-standards-aligned DPP payload
Automate it

Agent

An AI agent that queries your ECO360 data through the same API the console uses. Ask in plain language — every figure comes back with its tier, its source and its retrieval date.

  • Natural-language queries over your inventory
  • Alerts when the data moves underneath you — a retired factor, a superseded substance list, a lost EPREL match
  • GHG narrative drafted from the issued report snapshot — every figure traceable to its calculation line

Try the numbers

Same device, different country —
different footprint.

A use-phase figure computed on one national grid is wrong in the other 45. ECO360 computes the use phase from the device's actual energy draw and the electricity factor of the market it is sold in.

Use-phase CO₂ by country

Physical energy draw × national grid factor × years of use.

Phone ≈ 4 · tablet ≈ 12 · laptop ≈ 30 · monitor ≈ 60 kWh/yr
3.5kg CO₂e use-phase total

Location-based factors, Our World in Data 2024. Residual-mix (market-based) factors are also served by the API. Figures are illustrative of the calculation — production values come from the live factor table.

Substance compliance

Send the file
as it is.

No onboarding project, no supplier campaign, no template. The BoM engine reads your bill of materials in whatever shape it left your ERP — then assesses every article for PFAS, REACH SVHC and RoHS. TSCA and Prop 65 are in scope; for EEA-market products they return not_applicable.

  • Per-article screening, tree-walked. Thresholds are applied at the smallest article level — the interpretation confirmed by EU case law, implemented rather than just cited.
  • Identifier validation first. In one real customer file, 27% of CAS numbers failed their own check digit. We validate before we screen — garbage in is caught, not propagated.
  • SVHC double-check. Your screening result is cross-referenced against suppliers' own legally mandated SCIP notifications. A conflict raises a flag no manual process would catch.
  • Dated list snapshots. Every screening records the regulation list in force at the time — so when a substance is added, you can answer both "what just became reportable?" and "was what we shipped clear under the list that applied then?"

Digital Product Passport

The registry is live.
Be years ahead of the mandate.

The EU DPP registry opened in July 2026 and the six harmonised EN standards are published. Passports for electronics become mandatory later — but the companies issuing standards-aligned passports now are the ones the market will trust when it does.

Live — 20 July 2026

EU DPP Registry opened — with a free public repository of data models.

Published — May–July 2026

Six harmonised EN standards (EN 18216, 18219–18223) — ECO360 passports are built against them from day one.

Battery passport mandatory (EV, industrial and LMT batteries).

~2027–2030

Electronics follows via horizontal repairability and recyclability measures. The mandate arrives in stages — the readiness question arrives now, in every tender and every buyer questionnaire.

Add a live CO₂ card to
any product page.

One HTML tag. The widget fetches live data from ECO360, renders a verified product card with carbon, repairability and compliance status, and updates automatically when your data changes — no store rebuild required.

  • Three modes: card · compact · badge-only
  • Shadow DOM — no CSS conflicts with your store theme

Scope 1, 2 and 3 —
from the same data you already loaded.

The GHG report assembles itself from three sources: your product catalogue's CO₂ figures, your Scope 1/2 inputs, and your own entries where judgement is needed. Full GHG Protocol hierarchy, year-on-year comparison, comments per row, export to CSV and PDF.
